Chinese Style Potato Vegetable
(Soya Sauce, Chilli Sauce, Vinegar, Cornflour) |
Serve as a main dish as well as a starter.
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes (80% cooked)
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
- 1 teaspoon Tops tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Tops soya sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Tops chilli sauce
- 2 teaspoons Tops cornflour
- 4 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- For the garnish
- Sliced spring onions

Method:
Cut the tomatoes into large pieces and coat with the Tops cornflour solution. Fry the potatoes to keep aside. Now fry the green chillies, ginger, copped onions till light brown and add the Tops ketchup, Tops soya sauce and Tops vinegar to serve. |
